BITEK

An innovative closure for sparkling wines that combines cork with a nutritionally certified elastomer (F.D.A and CSI approved).

Perfect+

Perfect Plus has integrated all technology innovations in the construction of technical closures and has gained the trust of winemakers all around the world.

It is made using a mold, with the strictest quality controls, from very small particles (0.5-1.0mm) of natural cork, thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using steam and polyethylene microspheres.

The know-how that has been applied to Perfect Plus corks gives them unique technical features:

  • Excellent mechanical properties and great elasticity with dense consistency for perfect application to the mouth of even the most special bottle. It provides perfect sealing with the proper extraction force without the creation of crumbles during bottling or cork extraction. As a result of the good consistency and the great elasticity, it is very unlikely that the cork will break during its extraction.
  • Controlled oxygen permeability that allows aging of 4+ years in red wines and ensures the freshness and the primary aromas are preserved in white and rosé wines until the day they are consumed.
  • Guaranteed organoleptic neutrality. Thorough cleaning of the granules of small diameter reduces the probability of TCA detection. All raw materials and techniques used in the manufacture of closures are approved by the European and FDA – Food and Drug Administration.
